I'm not sure how to say what needs to be said. It's hard to sum up so much to say. So what I'll do is wish you off. This is a celebration of an amazing woman, and her life and legacy. I'm glad your home now, you have talked about going since I've known you. I know you are reunited with some of the people you have loved the most in your life. I see you with them now, and I feel your peace.Thank you for sticking around so long and sharing your time with us. You are missed and will always be greatly loved, valued and respected to all the hearts you touched. What an amazing gift you gave all of us, just by being here.

I'm very sorry to hear about Thelma. She was sort of like a grandma to me; she was there in the biggest part of my childhood memories. I can still see her in the kitchen at my sister's house, drinking a cup of coffee, whispering a prayer, while fixing Marcy and I some special treat to eat while we played Barbie's and watched Charlie Brown cartoons. She was a special person with a kind heart and she will be missed on this earth. But we can be assured that great is her reward in heaven.

Grandma, I miss you so bad and there is no one to "get the bucket" at the time when I need it the most. Letting you go is almost more than I can bear, but I must admit I have been lucky. I wish I could have done more for you while I had you. I know that I have been loved beyond what most people could even imagine. Thank you for being my Grandma. It is like you said: you know I love you. And someday, when I get there to join you, I'll hear the words, "There's my baby."
