Guestbook for Lucille M. Cassell Showing 1 - 3 of 3 entries.

I was a niece of Pat Cassell. She was married to Aunt Lucille's brother,Paul. We were with the Cassells so much. lived at grandma and gradpa Cassll's apt. for a bit. Aunt Pat and Uncle Paul had a big parties on Christmas Eve. Actualy we were just one big family. I remember the card parties in Aunt Pat and Uncle Paul's basement. They had lots of parties down there. They also played cards at grandma Cassell's kitchen. This was after grandpa died. I can remember sitting on his lap, which was hard to do as he had only one leg,but he told me a story something about a rooster over a door about something being bloody. It was a funny story and kind of scary too,but I loved for him to tell it.We had lots of good times at Graybrook lake too.All of them had cabins there. I would have came to the funeral but I learned of it too late. My mom and aunt Pat passed away in 2005,just 12 days apart. I am sending my condolances for the whole family. Aunt Lucile was a great lady.

I had the pleasure of knowing Ms. Lucille for almost 4 years. She was a wonderful woman that always had a smile on her face and a kind word in her heart. She couldn't have asked for a more loving and caring daughter in Laura and the unconditional love of her grandson, my husband, John David. She will be missed by us all.
