Clara I. Rice Doty 91, Indianapolis, died Saturday March 13, 2010. She was born September 17, 1918 in Martinsville, Indiana the daughter of William and Ida Rice.
Mrs. Doty was a homemaker and worked at RCA. She was a member of Chapel Rock Church.
Funeral services will be at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday March 17, 2010 in Conkle Funeral Home Avon Chapel, with calling there from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, March 16, 2010. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery.
She was preceded in death by husband, Phillip Doty and son, Donald E. Doty.
Survivors include daughters, Phyllis J. "Ed" Young, Bowling Green, KY, Diana M. "Jim" Settle, Columbus, IN, Lola F. "Tom" Bradfield, Indianapolis, IN; sons, John M. "Gail" Doty, Indianapolis, Phillip E. Doty, Jr., Indianapolis; 20 grandchildren; several great and great-great-grandchildren.
