Raymond F. Groff 92, Indianapolis, died Sunday February 28, 2010. He was born May 6, 1917 in Indianapolois to Clarence and Marie Groff.
Mr. Groff was a moulder 40 plus years for Electric Steel Castings. Mr. Groff served in the U.S. Navy during WWII and was a member of bowling leagues.
Contributions may be made to St. Vincent Hospice or donor's favorite charity.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday March 3, 2010 in Conkle Funeral Home Speedway Chapel, with calling there from 11 a.m. until service time. Burial will be in West Ridge Park Cemetery.
He was preceded in death by wives, Thelma Findell Groff and Eleanor Groff. Survivors include daughter, Sue Stutz; son, Robert A. Groff (Patricia); sister, Violet Gaston, Viola Lange, Ida May Lange; grandchildren, Bret Stutz, Brian and Adam Groff. He was preceded in death by grandson, Bart Stutz.
