Cora "Cory" V. Stamm
73, passed away on July 30, 2012. Cory was born in Liberty, Kentucky on Oct. 28, 1938 to the late Leonard and Katie Pryor. She was the sister of Bernice House and Loretta Bussinger (deceased). She is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Dick Stamm.
Cory was the mother of 3 children, Jo Jean Button (Joe), Jeffrey Stamm (Kerry), and the late Dickie Stamm. She had 4 grandchildren, Guy Tucker, Lynsey Ficklin, Ricky and Jake Button and 1 great-grandchild, Michael Ficklin III.
Cory was a self-employed hairdresser for many years. After retiring, she enjoyed playing golf, attending sporting events, going to the theater, and vacationing in Florida and Vegas.
Cory loved and cherished her family and friends and will be terribly missed by all.
Visitation will be from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, August 3, 2012 in Conkle Funeral Home, Speedway Chapel . Funeral services will be on Saturday, August 4, 2012 at 11:30 a.m. Entombment will be in Floral Park Cemetery.
